响应曲面法优化山菠萝中黄酮的提取工艺

Optimization of the Flavonoids extraction conditions from Pandanus odoratissimus using response surface methodology

摘要 目的以响应曲面法优化山菠萝黄酮的提取工艺。方法在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法研究乙醇的浓度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数对山菠萝中总黄酮含量的影响。结果山菠萝中黄酮提取最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为80%、提取时间为94.2min、料液比为1∶20、提取次数为2次的条件下,山菠萝中总黄酮的含量为14.37mg·g-1。结论响应曲面法工艺简单,得率较高,可用于山菠萝中总黄酮的提取。 Objective To optimize the condition of extracting Flavonoids from Pandanus odoratissimus. Methods The single-factor experimental method was adopted to study the influence of the concentration of ethanol, extraction time, ratio of water to material and extraction times, and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction technique. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol 80%, Extraction time 94. 2rain, ratio of water to material 1 : 20 and extraction times 2. Under this condition, the yield of Flavonoids from Pandanus odoratissimus was up to 14. 37mg · g^-1. Conclusion The process of the response surface methodology was simple, fast and high yield, so it could be used to extract Flavonoids from Pandanus odoratissirnus.
