摘要
复合镀是一种对材料表面进行改性的常用技术。采用复合镀技术制备的含有硬质微粒或自润滑微粒的纳米复合镀层,可以极大地改善材料的耐磨性,满足人们对材料表面的各种特殊需求。对两种镀层的耐磨性及耐磨机制进行了综述。
Composite electroplating was commonly used for material surface modification. The wear resistance of materials can be greatly improved through embedding hard particles or self- lubrication particles by means of composite electroplating, then to meet varieties of special requirements. The wear resistance and wear-resistant mechanism of two type nano-composite coatings were overviewed.
