摘要 介绍了超临界二氧化碳乳化液的形成、特点及其在电镀中的应用优势。分析了周期性电镀特性、电流密度、碳杂质和表面活性剂等因素对基于超临界二氧化碳乳化液电镀镍的影响。最后展望了超临界二氧化碳乳化液在电镀中的应用趋势。 introduced The formation and characteristics of supercritical carbon dioxide emulsion were , and the ltaneously.
