摘要
以A3钢为基底进行磷化处理。采用正交试验法得到了最佳磷化液配方,并考察了膜层的形貌、硬度、厚度及耐蚀性。结果表明:在最佳配方及工艺条件下,该膜层具有较快的沉积速率(达到52.6g·m-2·h-1)和较强的耐蚀性(硫酸铜点滴时间可达138s),膜厚为28.1μm,孔隙率低,与基体结合良好。
A3 steel surface was treated using phosphating process.The optimum composition of phosphating solution was obtained by orthogonal experimental method,and the morphology,hardness,thickness and corrosion resistance of phosphating film were also investigated.Results showed that,under the optimum conditions,the deposition rate reach up to 52.6 g/(m2 · h),and a film with thickness of 28.1 μm and featuring low porosity,high combining strength and excellent corrosion resistance (drip experiment time in copper sulfate solution up to 138 s) was prepared.
