摘要
利用溶锡系统一段时间内镀液中二价锡离子质量浓度的变化量,结合产品理论耗锡量及实际使用总量,计算出氧气利用率,再依据该理论氧气利用率得到产品实际需氧量。介绍了通过调整吹氧量来控制二价锡离子质量浓度的方法,并给出了计算实例。实践证明,通过人工控制氧气流量也能准确控制循环槽中二价锡离子的质量浓度,达到生产稳定的效果。
The utilization rate of oxygen is calculated based on the variation of mass concentration of stannous ion in plating bath of tin dissolution system for a period of time, combining with the theoretical consumption amount of tin for a product and the total amount of oxygen used in production. The actual oxygen demand for a certain product was obtained based on the theoretical utilization rate of oxygen. The method to control the mass concentration of stannous ion by adjusting the flow rate of oxygen was introduced with some calculation examples. The practice showed that the mass concentration of stannous ion in circulating tank can be accurately controlled through adjusting the flow rate of oxygen artificially, achieving the stability of production.
