摘要 针对沥青拌和站的成品料仓门气缸选型的问题,以某沥青混合料生产设备的成品料仓为例,从仓门形状、受力关系、气缸运行速度与开合时间之间的关系等方面对成品料仓放料门进行了理论分析和计算,得出了仓门的合理形状与气缸选型的依据,可为同类设计提供参考。 Aimed at the selection of cylinder for emptying door of finished product silo of asphalt mixing plant, the finished product silo of a certain brand was taken as an example to carry out the theoretical analysis and calculation. The shape of emptying door, stress relationship, the relationship between the cylinder speed and opening and closing time were studied, and the rational shape of emptying door and the basis of the selection of cylinder were obtained, which provides reference for similar design.
