摘要 随着微创技术的发展，经皮椎间孔内窥镜下椎间盘摘除术应用广泛，本文主要论述经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术入路及疗效，为临床提供参考。 With the development of minimally invasive techniques, percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy is widely used, this paper mainly discusses the operative approach and curative effect of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy treating lumbar disc herniation, to provide clini-cal reference.
