不同情境下老年人网络健康信息检索行为与认知研究

Older Adults' Online Health Information Searching Behavior and Cognition under Different Contexts

采用用户实验、问卷调查和访谈法,分析老年人在不同健康情境下网络健康信息检索过程中情感、认知和信息处理的差异。结果表明,情感在不同情境中没有显著差异,老年人网络健康信息检索情感积极;认知在情境组内存在显著差异,健康知识和网络检索知识缺乏是检索健康信息时主要的认知障碍;信息处理没有显著差异,改变或预防不良健康行为情境下,老年人健康信息行为最主动;受教育程度和网络检索熟悉度对检索表现影响有统计学意义。

In this paper,the authors analyze the variances of emotion,cognition and information process when older adults search online health information under different contexts by user experiment, questionnaires and interviews. Results show that：（1） there is no significant difference in emotion under the three contexts; older adults keep positive attitudes towards health information retrieval;（2） significant difference in cognition does exist within the contexts,and the main barrier for online health information seeking lies in the lack of knowledge about health and online searching;（3） there is no significant difference in information processing under different contexts,but in the context of changing and preventing the bad health behaviors,older adults become most active in information seeking;（4） education level and the familiarity with online search have statistically significance on information retrieval.
