Comparative Study on the Carrying Capacity of Top Ten Urban Agglomerations in China

城市群承载力会影响一个地区的总体发展,因而已成为近期研究的热点。中国十大城市群综合承载力比较研究的目的,是希望通过分析各个城市群在自然资源、经济资源和社会资源等方面的人口承载量现状,继而为提高城市群综合承载力提出政策建议。采用比较研究的方法,以全国作为参照区域,先统计分析出中国十大城市群综合承载力现状排名,并基于城市群内部城市综合承载力的分析,结果表明:经济资源对城市群综合承载力贡献普遍较大,自然资源的贡献并不均衡,城市群内部城市承载力不均衡;经济理论的实践需要一定程度上政策的支持;政府政策应着重在政绩考核GDP指标单一化、产业引导、宏观经济发展的把握等方面进一步调整,以适应城市群承载力的提高速度。

The essence of study of carrying capacity of top ten urban agglomerations in China focuses on the discussion about the carrying capacity of natural resources ,economic resources as well as the social resources . Through the study of the complementation between the bearing capacity advantages and disadvantages of urban agglomerations , the writer tries to give suggestions about how to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomerations , which will finally help to achieve balanced development between regions and to expand the residents living space .Through the calculation of resource possession of top ten urban agglomerations in China to find similarities and differences among these ten largest city group , targeted policy recommendations can be brought up to develop the comprehensive bearing capacity .
