摘要
试验对红酵母发酵生产β-胡萝卜素的培养基配方进行了优化。结果表明,红酵母产β-胡萝卜素的最佳培养基配方为:葡萄糖40 g/l、酵母粉25 g/l、Mg SO4 0.5g/l、VB1 0.5g/l、VB2 1.5g/l,发酵培养基初始p H值6.0,装液量60 ml/250 ml。运用此优化培养基将红酵母于28℃、180 r/min发酵培养70 h,β-胡萝卜素的产量达到3.865 mg/l,比优化前提高了63.2%。
The fermentation culture medium for β-carotene production by Rhodotorula was optimized.The results showed that the best fermentation culture medium were as follows:glucose 40 g/l, yeast ex-tract 25 g/l, MgSO40.5 g/l, VB10.5 g/l, VB21.5 g/l, medium initial pH 6.0, loaded liquid 60 ml/250 ml. Inthe case, Rhodotorula was cultured at 28 ℃ for 70 hours on a rotary shaker with a speed of 180 r/min,the yield of β-carotene production by Rhodotorula reached at 3.865 mg/l, increased by 63.2% than be-fore.
