不同线型的调节锥对喷嘴内的激波特性影响较大,由此造成的能量损失差异较大。通过对同一工况下同一喷射器的六种线型调节锥流场进行数值计算和模拟,对比其流场的激波特性变化及喷射系数大小。结论认为尖锥较椭锥流场激波损失小,曲尖锥喷射系数最大。分析不同锥形喷嘴流量与行程关系公式,确定尖锥型线为抛物线时可实现线性调节。
The different shapes of flow-regulated cone have a large impact on the shock characteristics in the Laval nozzle, which causes the different energy loss. By numerical calculating and simulating, the flow field adjusted by six regulated cones in the same conditions, the shock characteristics of the flow field and ejector entrainment ratio is contrasted. We find that the shock wave energy loss in sharp one is smaller, and the concaved cone entrainment ratio is the biggest. Moreover, the formula of the flow rate and cone stroke is analyzed, the concaved cone with the parabolic profile may adjust the flow linearly.
