摘要
随着旅游业的发展,酒店业也快速发展,酒店业竞争日益激烈。为了在竞争中获得优势,仅仅提供标准化服务是不够的,酒店实施个性化服务显得尤为重要。本文针对当前我国酒店在实施个性化服务过程中存在的客史资料不完善、服务管理存在不足、员工服务意识不强等问题,提出建立完善的客史档案、、提高员工服务意识、加强酒店特色文化建设等相关建议,以期促进我国酒店业的健康发展。
