企业文化是企业竞争的软实力。新东方的企业文化影响的不仅仅是一个企业,而是整整一代人。本文对新东方的企业文化进行了论述,分析了新东方精神的核心内涵,对管理模式的影响以及对教育机构和企业的借鉴意义。说明了创始人俞敏洪提出的"从绝望中寻找希望"的人生理念给无数有志青年搭建了文化桥梁,对社会发展有深刻的影响力。
The enterprise culture is the soft power of the enterprise competition. The enterprise culture of New Oriental influences not only a business, but for a generation. This paper discusses the New Oriental enterprise culture, analyzes the core of the new Oriental spirit connotation, the impact on the management mode and the significance of education institutions and enterprises. It illustrates that the idea of life ＂from despair to find hope＂ put forward by founder Yu Min-hong builds a cultural bridge for millions of the young and has profound influence on social development.
