Connection of social ethos with party style,government style,popular morale and learning style

社会风气是指社会大多数成员或社会群体精神风貌的总和。党风是指党和党员的作风,就是党的世界观在行动中的表现。政风也叫官风,突出表现在干部的作风以及会风等方面。当普通的最底层的广大民众作为被评价群体的时候,体现的就是民风。学风不仅仅指学术界的风气和学校、学生的风气,也指学习态度和学习风尚。党风、政风、民风、学风与社会风气相互关联,相互作用,共同影响着社会风貌。要树立清风正气,确立良风美俗。

The social ethos refers to the summation of spirituality of majority of social members or social mass. The party style refers to the style of party and party members, which represents the party‘ world view in action. The government style, also called official style, refers to leaders’tyle and meeting style. When the broad masses of people at grassroots level are regarded as evaluation object, what is represented is popular morale. The learning style not only refers to the atmosphere of academic circle and morale of schools and students, but also refers to learning attitude and style. The social ethos is related with party style, government style, popular morale and learning style and affects with each other, which influences the social spirituality together. We should set up justice style and good customs.
