摘要
三软突出煤层深孔打钻技术是实现本煤层区域瓦斯治理的一个技术难题。它的难点是在打钻过程中出现顶钻、夹钻、喷孔、塌孔时,容易造成钻杆卡死,钻杆断裂、钻具损坏等事故,致使钻孔钻不深、钻不快、钻不直,间接影响了巷道掘进。针对这一问题,裴沟煤矿工程技术人员摸索出"圆弧形凸棱钻杆+大功率钻机+中高压供风系统"技术,有效解决了松软煤层钻孔钻探困难问题,提高了生产效率和安全系数。
Deep hole drilling technology in " three soft" outburst coal seam is a technical problem in realizing regional coal seam gas control on the working face being mined. Its disadvantages are as follows : when drilling, top with orifices, hole collapse appears in the process of drilling,accidents are easily happened,such as drill pipe jammed, fracture, damage of drill pipe, and so on. Results of these accidents are the lack of drillhole depths,the low speed of drilling,and the drilling is not straight. This leaded to the slow down of the roadway driving. To solve this problem, the "circular arc protruding arrises drill pipe + high power drill + middle and high pressure air supply system" technology was designed by engineering and technical personnel of Peigou Coal Mine. The application of the technology has effectively solved the difficult problem of soft coal seam drilling, and improved production efficiency and safety coefficient.
