摘要
采用3D扫描获取机械零部件点云数据,通过数据处理和逆向软件设计,获取三维和二维图形;再将逆向设计的模型导入3D打印机,可以实现快速成型制造。该技术可以用于机械零部件外观设计、装配实验或者直接小批量生产。实践证明,该机械零部件3D逆向制造是一种全新、高效的技术路线。
In this paper,3D scanning was used to get the point cloud data for machinery parts, by using data processing and reverse software design,3D and 2D graphics could be obtained. The reverse design model was imported into 3D printers,and can prototype manufacturing rapidly. This technology can be used to the design, assembly experiment or small batch production of machinery parts directly. The practices show that,3D reverse manufacturing of machinery parts is a new and high efficient technical route.
