认为转型发展是国有衰退型煤炭企业破解难题的必然选择,必须通过转型升级来实现企业自身的良性循环。即:探索转型发展之路转换经营机制,实现企业的快速增长;变废为宝,提高企业资源利用率;打造多元化产业共同发展的战略格局。
The transformation development is the inevitable choice for the resource-declined state-owned coal enterprises, and it must carry through the transformation and upgrading to a- chieve the virtuous circles of the enterprises themselves, that is, to explore the transformation development road and convert operating mechanism to realize the rapid growth of the enterprise; to make the waste profitable to improve the resource utilization; to build a strategic pattern of common development with diversified industries.
