摘要 为解决陶一矿村庄下压煤煤炭资源采出率低、工作面接替紧张等问题,进行了无煤柱巷旁安全高效充填技术的研究与试验,该项技术采用了新型高水速凝材料,其具有凝固速度快、早期强度高、增阻快、适应性强等优点。介绍了无煤柱巷旁充填技术中料浆配置、输送、混合等工艺流程。现场工程实践表明,该技术护巷效果显著,可有效提高村庄下煤炭回收率及工作面接替紧张问题,还可延长矿井服务年限。 In order to solve the mining problems of Taoyi Coal Mine caused by huge village covering, such as low coal recovery rate and tense workface replacement, safe and efficient nonchain-pillar roadway-side packing technology was researched and tested. The technology applied the new type high-water rapid hardening materials which had advantages such as rapid hardening speed, high early strength, fast increasing resistance and outstanding adaptability. The slurry configuration, transportation, mixing process in non-chain-pillar roadway-side packing were introduced in detail. Field practice shows the non-chain-pillar roadway-side packing technology is effective to solve the mining problems above and extend the service life of the mine.
