摘要 针对深部矿井井筒井壁应力环境复杂的特点,结合光纤光栅传感技术原理及优势,将光纤光栅传感器埋入井筒套壁混凝土内部,根据井筒地质结构及套壁工艺设计了监测方案,构建多点分布式传感系统对井筒井壁大尺度的多点进行长期实时的在线监测。监测数据表明,利用光纤布拉格光栅传感技术监测井筒井壁结构健康具有很好的效果,为及时评价井筒安全状况与运行状态提供依据。 Aimed at the complex stress characteristics of deep mine shaft sidewall, the fiber Bragg grating sensors were embedded in concrete of shaft casing wall because of the merits of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology. The monitoring plan was designed according to the geological structure and technical process of shaft casing wall, and the multipoint distributed sensing system was set up to realize real-time online monitoring on multipoint on shaft wall in large range for a long time. Monitoring data showed that the fiber Bragg grating sensing technology could effectively monitor the structure of shaft wall, and could provide a basis for evaluating the safety status and running state of shaft in time.
