摘要 针对传统投入式水位传感器在恶劣测量环境时容易出现污泥堵塞和进水故障等现象,设计了一种矿用本质安全型水位冗余测量传感器,介绍了该传感器采用压差信号和电容信号两种测量方式的双重功能一体化结构,阐述了该传感器信号处理的电路组成。实验结果表明,该传感器适用于对水位测量有严格要求的各种重要场合,具有可靠性高、结构紧凑和安装方便等优点。 In view of sludge blocking and water inflow malfunction for the traditional inputtype water level sensor when being used in severe environment, an intrinsically safe mining water level redundant measurement sensor was designed. The sensor possesses dual functional integrated structure, which can achieve the measurement by pressure difference signals and capacitance signals. Its circuit structure of signal processing was expounded. The measurement results showed that the sensor is suitable for various important occasions which have strict requirements for water level measurement. It has the advantages of high reliability, compact structure, and convenient installation.
