基于流程管理的煤矿隐患闭环管理系统的研究

从风险控制角度出发,借鉴国内外流程化管理手段和方法,总结了国内煤矿安全生产中隐患治理的先进实践经验,设计了满足煤矿安全生产作业的基于流程化管理的隐患信息闭环管理系统,详细介绍了系统结构及功能设计。通过实际应用表明,该系统能够使煤矿隐患信息管理具体化和作业流程标准化,并能及时有效控制隐患及不安全行为,避免或减少煤矿事故的发生。

From the risk control, the advanced practical experience of hidden danger control in domestic coal mine safety production was summarized by making references to measures and methods of workflow management at home and abroad. The closed-loop management system of hidden danger information based on workflow management was designed to meet the requirements of safe production in coal mine. The system structure and its functional design were expounded. The practice showed that the system could make the hidden danger information management more specific and the operation process more standard so as to effectively and timely control the hidden dangers and unsafe behavior, and the coal mine accidents were finally avoided and reduced.
