摘要
为了保障煤矿井下非金属风筒静电的安全性,分析了风筒静电事故发生的原因。提出了控制掘进巷道内瓦斯的浓度;降低局部通风速度、巷道内粉尘浓度和环境温度,以减少静电荷的产生;选用阻燃抗静电风筒,风筒须接地,增加巷道内空气的湿度,必要时安装专用管道静电消除器,促使静电荷泄漏;监测风筒的静电表面电位,防止其静电电位超过安全界限;安设隔、抑爆装置等综合防治技术。
In order to guarantee the electrostatic safety in underground nonmetallic air duct, the reasons for electrostatic accidents related with air duct were analyzed and the control on the gas concentration in the driving roadway was put forward. To slow down the local ventilation, to decrease the dust concentration in the roadway and to lower the environmental temperature can reduce the generation of static charges. In order to promote the leakage of static charges, the flame retardant and antistatic air duct should be chosen and be connected with ground, the air hu- midity should be increased, and a dedicated pipeline static eliminator should be installed when it is necessary. Moreover, the superficial electrostatic potential of air duct should be monitored in order to prevent the electrostatic potential exceeding safety limits. At the set, explosion suppression device, a comprehensive prevention and control technology.
