在一个多元开放的世界里,交流沟通不可或缺。在MBA教育教学工作实践中,教师可以结合学员见多识广、经验丰富的特点,营造交流沟通的氛围,帮助学员实现知识共享以提升综合素质。文章根据体验式MBA人才培养模式的整体构思,以"识"作为基础,以"思"作为灵魂,以"行"作为手段,系统探析了以交流沟通为手段的"识-思-行"三位一体的MBA知识共享路径。

Communication is indispensable in an open and pluralistic world. In teaching practice, MBA students＂ Comprehensive quality can be improved through the creation of communication atmosphere by considering their broad horizon and rich experience. This paper explores MBA knowledge sharing paths systematically with knowledge as the basis, thought as the soul and act as the means according to the MBA-Sharing by Communicating with a view to Promoting（SCP） model.
