有关建筑设计创新策略的研究，已成为近年来国内建筑设计领域迅速成长的一个新的学术领域--建筑创新学。建筑设计行业近年来的作品开始注重结合人性化设计，使商业建筑在具备观赏性、功能性的同时，能够富含更多的便捷性与人文气息。
