摘要
建筑工程施工的质量管理是一项至关重要的环节，如果管理不当，不仅会导致建筑工程无法按时完成，还可能影响到投资方和承办方的利益。本文主要论述了建筑工程施工管理现状以及提高建筑工程施工现场管理的措施。
The quality management of engineering construction is a crucial link. If it is not properly managed, it wil not only lead to the incomplete of the construction on time but also bring affect the interests of the investor and the host party. This paper mainly discussed the present situation of construction project and the measures improving construction engineering management on construction site.
