摘要
在整个建筑施工管理工作中，施供现场的管理尤为重要，它是其重要的组成部分。施工现场的管理手段、方法直接关系到整个工程的质量和效益。本文通过对当前施工现场管理中存在问题的分析，提出了当今优化现场管理的主要途径和关键环节。
In the entire construction management, the site management is particularly important and it is an important part of the construction. The construction site management means are directly related to the quality and efficiency of the whole project. In this paper, through analyzing the existing problems in the current management of the construction site, the author put forward the main approaches and key links to optimize the site management.
