建筑工程建设以“百年大计，质量第一”为基本方针，项目管理者要在项目建设中实现创优工程，管理工作是保障。加强目标控制，做好前期准备工作，在工期内实现保质保量施工，坚持安全文明施工，杜绝建筑事故的产生，提高综合管理水平。

Engineering construction is conducted by the principle of “quality is first of the project.” If project managers want to complete an excelent project, they must guarantee efficient management. Builders have to strengthen the target control, make the preparatory work wel done, ensure the quality and quantity of construction during the construction period, insist on safe and civilized construction, put an end to the construction accidents and improve the comprehensive management level.
