Discussion on the Construction Management of Housing Construction

本文大致梳理了当下我国房建工程施工管理方面存在的主要问题和漏洞，并试图提出了更为科学合理的施工管理方法，以便最大程度地规避房建工程施工隐患，为提升我国房建工程施工质量水准提供决策参考。

This paper roughly analyzed the main problems existing in the construction management of building engineering at present in our country and atempted to put forward a more scientific and reasonable construction management method, so as to avoid risks in housing construction projects, providing a reference to improve the quality level of housing construction in China.
