摘要
建筑行业本身在全国的城市都是重要的行业，建筑的工程是很多环节共同构成的。在这些环节上，建筑工程的施工质量管理往往是最重要的环节。本文针对当前我国建筑工程施工管理中的常见问题进行了分析，并且这对这些问题进行了政策上的探讨。
The construction industry is an important industry in nationwide. Construction project is composed of several links. Among these areas, the construction quality management of building engineering is often the most important link. Based on the analysis of the common problems of engineering construction management in our country, the author discussed policies about these problems.
