本文以天然？枫叶山庄三期17#楼工程实际为出发点，分析了该工程主要分部分项工程施工控制，包括测量控制、地下室钢筋砼大面积底板控制、大面积砼楼板施工中的后浇带施工控制、主体钢筋砼施工质量控制以及室内围护结构墙体控制等。

In this paper, the author took the project of the Building 17# in three stage of the natural ？ Maple vila as an example, analyzed the construction control of the project in segments and parts. The analysis mainly included measurement control, control of the large reinforced concrete floor of basement, late poured band control of the, construction quality control of reinforced concrete of the main body and the control of the indoor maintaining wal structure etc.
