摘要
要建设一个资源节约型、环境友好型社会，节水节能势在必行。建筑给水排水作为建筑工程的一个分部工程及居民日常生活密不可分的一部分，如果能够采取适当的给排水节能设计方案，必将为全社会的节水节能行动中做出巨大贡献。
Water and energy conservancy is imperative to build a resource conserving, environment-friendly society. Building water supply and drainage construction projects is a division of engineering and an inseparable part of the residents in daily life. If we can take appropriate scheme on the energyy-saving design of drainage, we wil make a great contribution to energysaving action of the whole society.
