Research on Implicit Cost Control Strategy of Project for Construction Enterprises

随着我国施工企业不断增加项目成本管理，企业规模也随之扩大。很多施工企业产值取得几倍甚至十几倍的增长，但施工企业的利润却没有得到相应的增长。因此，隐性成本成为了制约现阶段施工企业发展的主要因素。

Along with the increasing of project cost management of construction enterprises in China, enterprise’s scale is expanding too. A lot of construction enterprise achieves several folds even ten times in the growth, but the construction enterprise’s profit hasn’t got a corresponding growth. Therefore, the implicit cost becomes a main factor restricting the development of the construction enterprises.
