摘要
建筑工程施工造价管理与控制是一项具有系统性特征的工作，做好建筑施工的造价管理与控制是提升企业竞争力的重要途径。本文分析了建筑施工造价管理与控制的基本原则以及总体要求，对施工过程各阶段的问题进行了探讨，并提出了相应的解决措施。
The cost management and control of construction project is a systematic work. It is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to do the cost management and control wel. This paper analyzed the basic principles of cost management and control of construction and its overal requirements and discussed problems at each stage of the construction process, proposing the corresponding solving measures.
