摘要
工程造价指数是一定时期的工程造价相对于某一特定时期的工程造价的变化率，是报告期与基建期比拟的价钱变更趋向的反应，通过对工程造价指数信息的采集和编制，可以总结出一系列反映工程特点的各种指标，对于工程建设有关键的影响。
The project cost index is the rate in a certain period of time relative to a project cost in a particular period, and is the reaction of price change trend from reporting period to construction period. Through the study of the colection and compilation of information of construction cost index, we can sum up a series of indicators reflecting the engineering characteristics, which insert a key influence on project construction.
