摘要
由于经济的飞速发展,5A甲级逐渐成为发达地区办公楼的主流配置。本文以苏州高教区月亮湾国际中心的全过程造价管理过程为例,从项目设计、招标管理、施工过程造价管理和竣工决算管理来论述全过程造价控制的要点。
Due to the rapid development of economy, 5A has gradually become the mainstream configuration of office buil-dings in developed area. In this paper, taking the whole process of cost management of Suzhou parish Moon Bay International Center as an example, the author discussed the key points of the whole process of cost control of the project from aspects of project design, bidding management, cost control of construc-tion process and final accounts management.
