In recent years, the railway engineering constru-ction lays a more and more important role in society. Due to the impact of al aspects of technology and resources, railway engineering costs more compared to the same level enginee-ring. This paper focused on the cost control problem of railway project construction and the solving measures, so as to reduce the cost of the railway and improve the value of the railway.
