摘要
成本控制是建设项目的管理重点，在项目实施中，必须严格按照项目管理基本原则，实行造价全过程控制，确保项目顺利完成。基于此，本文对建设工程全过程成本控制措施进行了探讨，以期有益于建设项目投资管理。
Cost control is the focus of the management of projects. Builders must embark on the project construction strictly according to management principles and carry on the cost control of the whole process to ensure that the project can be completed smoothly. Based on this, the paper discussed the cost control measures in the construction of engineering projects to improve the management of the project investment.
