近年来，多个高层住宅小区架空层发生火灾，烟气蔓延至楼梯间内，影响人员疏散，并造成人员伤亡。本文就架空层发生火灾的原因进行了探讨，并提出了切实可行的整改措施。

In recent years, the overhead layer s of a number of high-rise residential areas caught fires. The smoke spread to the staircases, influencing evacuation, and cause casualties. This paper discussed the causes of fires on the overhead layer and put forward feasible reform measures.
