摘要
本文主要论述了目前我国的水利工程的管理体制中存在的一些问题，对其改革的重点和难点进行了思考，提出了相关建议。希望在机制、体制、资金等层面，为实现可持续发展的水利工程做出有益的探索。
This paper mainly discussed some problems existing in current management system in our country water conservancy engineering. The author reflected the emphasis and difficulty of its reformation and put forward related suggestions. The author hoped to make beneficial exploration on levels of mechanism, system and funds in order to realize the sustainable development of water conservancy Engineering
