本文通过公租房对使用者和城市两大层面的适应性分析，提出了一种可移动式公租房模式，包括其模式的定义和特点、生命周期、工业化生产等，希望能够对公租房的适应性模式探索提供一个思路。

This paper, through the analysis of the adaptability of public rental housing to the two levels of the user and city, proposed a mobile public rental model. The author expounded the definition and characteristics, life cycle and industrial production of the model hoping to be able to provide a train of thought of the exploration of the adaptive mode for public rental housing.
