本文通过研究广州集合住宅小户型空间的发展历程与调查目前地产市场的发展与消费者的需求，探讨了小户型住宅复合化、精细化设计的方法，以提升小户型的空间适应性、合理性和舒适度。

This paper studied development history of the in-door space of smal apartments of colective housing in Gua-ngzhou and investigated the development of the real estate ma-rket and the demands of consumer. The author analyzed the co-mplex and sophisticated design of smal apartments to enhance the space adaptability, rationality and comfort of the apartme-nts.
