Achievement and the Latest Progress of International Financial Regulatory System Reform

摘要国际金融监管改革取得的成就历史上大的金融危机后都会经历大的金融监管改革，如1929年大萧条之后的美国《1933年银行法》、日本1990～2003年银行危机后推出的《金融再生法》、1974年联邦德国赫斯塔特银行和美国富兰克林银行倒闭导致巴塞尔协议出台等。
