公平与效率视角下的农民工社保问题的实证研究

Empirical Research of Equity and Efficiency Perspective of Migrant Workers Under the Social Security Problem

农民工是我国特有的城乡二元体制的产物,农民工社保问题在社会主义市场经济条件下体现公平与效率具有重要的意义。本文在进行调查分析的基础上,通过对农民工参保的影响因素进行二元选择模型的分析,并对Probit模型和Logit模型进行比较,得出影响农民工参保的主要因素,并提出完善公共服务、建立社保体系等对策建议。

Migrant workers are a product of our unique urban-rural dual system, migrant workers social security issues in the socialist market economy under the conditions of fairness and efficiency is of great significance. In this paper, on the basis of carrying out the investigation and analysis of factors affecting migrant workers insured for the analysis of binary choice model and the Probit and Logit models for comparison, the main factors that affected migrant workers insured were gotten, and improved public service, the establishment of the social security system and other suggestions were proposed.
