摘要
建立5-Br-PADAP-乳化剂OP分光光度法测定锌元素的新方法。方法:弱碱性介质中,利用锌-5-Br-PADAP-乳化剂OP形成络合物体系,该体系在一定波长下有吸收,从而进行测定微量锌的研究。在最佳的实验条件下,测定了大黄中锌元素的含量为3.24μg·g-1。结论:该法用于中草药中含微量锌的测定,达到比较满意的结果。
The trace zinc was determined by 5-Br-PADAP-Emulser OP Spectrophotomitry. A new spec- trophotometfic method has been developed for the determination of zinc. The exprimental results shown in the best condition the apparent molar absorptivity of zinc in Dahuang was 3.24μg·g^-1. The method is applied to the direct determination of zinc in Chinese traditional medicine of Dahuang with satisfactory results.
