综合污水处理厂清净废水收集方案及处理措施

Scheme of detergent wastewater reclamation and measures for comprehensive sewage treatment plant

四川石化综合污水处理厂项目建设起步较晚,施工总投资大、建设用地大、单体池体大,混凝土抗渗标准高、设备安装标准高,具有池体结构复杂等特点,可谓"三大、两高、一复杂",建设施工速度与主厂区开车计划不匹配,依据现有的条件,只能收集和处理主厂区排放的部分清净废水,不具备处理能力。在目前污水厂现有的条件下,认真研究清净废水接收方案,制定处理措施,确保排放的每滴水都完全达到国家环保要求的排放指标。

The comprehensive sewage treatment project started late, and with the shortages of big investment, large construction land, high concrete anti permeability standard, installation standard, construction speed doesn＇t match the construction. The sewage treatment plant could only process part detergent wastewater which doesn＇t meet the needs. A new scheme of detergent wastewater reclamation and was studied and measures were taken out to make sure the discharges meet the requirement of national standard.
