摘要
以驱蚊酯生产过程中产生的废醋酸为原料,经碱皂化和活性炭吸附有机杂质,制备了一种环保型融冰剂。皂化工艺中以Na OH为皂化剂,80℃下皂化2h;吸附剂活性炭用量为0.3%,吸附时间为0.5~0.8h。添加质量分数为0.4%~0.5%的磷酸二氢钠为缓蚀成分,实验所得产品融冰能力为同等浓度下氯化钠的163%,产品对碳钢的腐蚀率为Na Cl的7%,对混凝土无腐蚀。
With waste acetic acid that generated in the production of BAAPE as raw material, an eco-friendly deicer was prepared after saponification and activated carbon adsorption of organic impurities. Saponification process with NaOH as saponifier, saponified at 80℃ 2h. And adsorbent dosage of activated carbon was 0.3%, the adsorption time is 0.5-0.8h. Adding mass fraction of 0.4%-0.5% of sodium dihydrogen phosphate as corrosion ingre- dients, the ice-melting capacity of the product obtained from experiment is 163% of sodium chloride under the same concentration, the carbon steel corrosion rate is 7% of sodium chloride, no corrosion to concrete.
