摘要
我国公路建设进入维修养护时期,大量的废旧沥青混合料亟待加以利用,同时半刚性基层路面易产生脆性断裂,影响路面的使用性能。本文将废旧沥青混合料再生掺加到半刚性基层材料中,从不同角度分析废旧沥青混合料对半刚性基层材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着混合料掺量的增大,材料的抗压强度呈现出先增长后减小的变化规律。当废旧沥青混合料的掺量在15%~20%之间时,水泥稳定基层材料的抗压强度达到最大值。因此,工程中完全可以用废旧沥青混合料取代一定比例的新集料,但在不增加水泥剂量的前提下,废旧沥青混合料掺量不宜超过集料总质量的20%。
As the highway construction in China has entered into the period of maintenance and repairing,lots of waste asphalt mixtures generated in the engineering need to be utilized. Meanwhile,it is easy to generate cracks for the semi-rigid pavement structure,which has negative impact on the performance of the pavement. In this paper,the regeneration of waste asphalt mixture was added into the semi-rigid basement material. The results showed that with the increase of the mixture,the compressive strength increased first and then decreased. When the content of waste asphalt mixture reached 15% to 20%,the compressive strength of cement stabilized base material reached the maximum value. Therefore,a certain percentage of the mixture replaced in engineering is completely feasible,but the total mixture of waste asphalt should not surpass 20% of the mass of aggregate.
