摘要
本文以硝酸、盐酸溶解样品。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,测定纯铜中的元素硒、碲。方法快捷,可操作性强。实验结果表明,相对标准偏差(RSD)(Se)(N=11):0.88%,回收率100%。相对标准偏差(RSD)(Te)(N=11):0.86%,回收率99.75%。
Established a method that determined of selenium、tellurium in fine copper by ICP-AES.Samples were resolved by HNO3-HCl. The analytical results of selenium 、tellurium agree well with those obtained by the national srandard method.,RSD(n=11)(Se):0.88%. retrieve rate of selenium is 100%; RSD(n=11)(Te):0.88%. retrieve rate of tellurium is 99.75%. The method operate easy,analysis fast,exact result.
