医院管理实践的过程评价

Process evaluation of hospital management practices

通过对JCI国际评审标准、德国医疗透明制度标准委员会(KTQ)标准、日本医院机能评价标准以及LSE医院管理过程评价方法的介绍和对比分析,讨论了各自的特点和优缺点,结合目前医改对医院管理提出的客观要求,建议我国应重视和加强对医院管理实践过程的评价,并有必要开发适合我国医疗卫生体系特点、简单、易行的医院管理实践评价工具和方法。

This paper reviewed and compared the JCI Hospital Accreditation Standards, the German KTQ Accreditation Standards, the Japanese Hospital Performance Accreditation Standards as well as the LSE Hospital Management Accreditation Standards, and also discussed their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Considering the objective needs of the current health care reform on hospital management, we suggest that China should pay more attention to the evaluation of hospital management process or practices, and hospital management practice evaluation tools and methods that are simple, easy-to-use and suitable to our health care system is necessary and should be developed.
