摘要
获得患者体验信息是患者体验研究工作的首要步骤。从使用对象、问卷长度、调查方式、问题形式和问卷内容5个方面比较分析国内外5个患者体验测量工具,提出改进意见,为国内患者体验测量工具的开发与完善提供借鉴。
Access to patient experience information is the first step in the research work. The paper analyzed the five patient experience measurement tools from the perspectives of the using objects, length of the questionnaire, survey methods, the form of question, reliability and validity, content,and proposed improvements, providing references for the development and improvement of patient experience measurement tools in china.
